Getting started on the food program with Milestones is easy. We want you to be as successful as possible while participating on the food program.
Following these simple steps will help you get off to a great start:
- Contact field staff in your area to set an appointment.
- Meet with our field staff and complete a food program application.
- Receive your provider manual and review the food program regulations.
- Send us a copy of your family child care license.
- Visit with our field staff during your first claiming month to answer any questions and to review menus and forms.
- Submit your first menu/claim. Receive your first monthly reimbursement check.
