The Child Care Aware Grants Program is available to all early childhood programs to help fund supplies, equipment, technology and professional development.
Regional Grants To apply for this competitive grant, you will need to apply through your Develop Organizational account at www.developtoolmn.org Apply for items needed for your child care program. Common items include; indoor and outdoor toys, equipment, and technology items used for training opportunities for staff.

November 1st - Notification of Awarded/Waitlisted
Funding Amounts
Family Child Care can apply up to $2,000
Centers can apply up to $3,000

Startup Grants (pdf) are available year-round depending on funding to cover items required to open a child care license and to help cover startup costs.
