REQUIREMENTS FOR CHILD CARE PROVIDERS
The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) requires all Minnesota licensed child care programs to complete a Child Care Emergency Plan. Find out more using these resources:

Emergency Preparedness Mini- Grants
Small mini grants are available to programs within Benton, Stearns, Sherburne, and Wright Counties. Funding is available to update and or purchase equipment/items that will help you prepare for an emergency. Grant applications can be completed here: https://forms.gle/tYiE9hhb8sHJzYAu7 Applications are reviewed monthly and you will be notified within 30 days of acceptance or denial along with next steps.
